Enrolment terms

1. 1. About these terms

   • These terms apply between Nova Linguistics (287 Garg Enc., Indranagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016, India) and the student who registers.
   • You accept them when you register, and they apply to every package you take with us.

2. 2. Your course

   • Your course, package, number of classes, class period and fee are agreed with you before you pay, and are shown on your proforma invoice.
   • Classes are taught live online, one-to-one or in a small group, as agreed.

3. 3. Fees and payment

   • Please pay the amount on your proforma invoice by its due date, using the payment details shown on it.
   • Fees are all inclusive. We are not registered under GST, so no GST is charged.
   • Any transfer charges (for example from Wise, Remitly or your bank) are paid by you, so that the full fee on your proforma invoice reaches our account.
   • Your invoice is issued, and your student dashboard opens, once we have confirmed that your payment has reached our account.

4. 4. Refunds

   • Fees are non-refundable, and a package cannot be transferred to another person.

5. 5. Class times and rescheduling

   • Class times are agreed between you and your teacher.
   • A class can be rescheduled if you tell us by the day before, and we confirm the new time with you.
   • A class missed without notice counts as taken.

6. 6. Your package period

   • Your classes and dashboard access run until the end date of the period you paid for.
   • Classes you could not take, and told us about, carry over by arrangement with us.
   • If you stop attending without telling us, your package counts as completed at its end date, and unused classes are not carried forward.

7. 7. Study material and your account

   • Your dashboard, study material, mock tests and any recordings are for your own use.
   • Please do not share your login, or copy or pass on the material.

8. 8. Your information

   • We use your details only to run your classes, to prepare payment requests and invoices, and to keep our business records.
   • Payment proofs you upload are stored privately and seen only by our team.
   • We do not sell your details. You can ask us to correct them, or to delete what we are not required to keep for our accounts.

9. 9. Anything else

   • Anything these terms do not cover is discussed with you on WhatsApp or a call, and agreed between us.

10. 10. Changes to these terms

    • If these terms change, the new version applies to packages bought after the change. The terms you accepted stay with your current package.
